摘要： Compositions and provided to induce cells of the inner ear to renter the cell cycle and to proliferate. In particular, hair cells are induced to proliferate by administration of a composition which activates the Myc and Notch. Supporting cells are induced to transdifferentiate to hair cells by inhibition of Myc and Notch activity or the activation of Atoh1. Methods of treatment include the intracellular delivery of these molecules to a specific therapeutic target.

A fixed rod (3) is fixedly mounted in the shaft sleeve of the first foldout (1), and a rotating rod (5) is fixedly mounted in the shaft sleeve of the second foldout (2). A connecting rod (4) connects the fixed rod (3) and the rotating rod (5). The connecting rod (4) and the fixed rod (3) are movably connected, and a hollow groove (46) is provided at the joint. A restoring spring (45) in contact with the fixed rod (3) and fixed to the connecting rod (4) is provided in the hollow groove (46). The connecting rod (4) is connected with the rotating rod (5) in a coaxial, rotationally actuating manner. The relative forward and backward rotation of the fixed rod (3) and the rotating rod (5) cooperates with the restoring spring (45) to drive the connecting rod (4) in a reciprocal motion within the shaft sleeve. The slow-closing door hinge has a simple structure, is easy to install, and can avoid the loss of slow-closing function when a malfunction occurs.

摘要： An electromagnetic induction apparatus for power transfer includes a first portion (1) and a second portion (2). The first portion (1) has at least one loop of central coil (L1) winded on a central magnetic core (4), and the second portion (2) has at least one loop of toroidal core (L4) winded on a toroidal magnetic core. When the first portion is inserted into the second portion, the toroidal coil is located around an outside periphery of the central coil. Since the central coil and the toroidal coil are mutual inductance on the same magnetic core, the electromagnetic induction efficiency is improved, leading to enhancing more than 50% of the power transmitted rate.
