    • PURPOSE: A micro-machining device for a roll using a cam is provided to precisely form a desirable size of micro-pattern by generating high frequency micro-vibration by converting a rotational motion into a linear motion. CONSTITUTION: A micro-machining device for a roll using a cam comprises a cam follower(120) a cam(110), a pushing roller(130) and a processing unit. The cam is rotated with the motor. The cam follower is arranged in a y-axis direction of the cam. The cam follower is vibrated using the amplitude corresponding to the surface curve. The pushing roller is vibrated using the same amplitude as the cam follower.

    • A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to improve thermal stability while not degrading the properties such as impact strength, fluidity, heat resistance, and tensile strength. A thermoplastic resin composition with excellent thermal stability comprises base resin 100.0 parts by weight, trimethylolpropane 0.01~1 parts by weight, and phosphate-based thermal stabilizer 0.01~1 parts by weight. The base resin is made of a graft copolymer resin 20~50 weight% and a vinyl cyanide-aromatic vinyl copolymer 50~80 weight%. The graft copolymer is prepared through an emulsion graft polymerization method by using a rubber elastomer with an average rubber particle diameter of 0.25~0.40 micron.
