    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce a substance into a micro fluid system. SOLUTION: The micro fluid system has a capillary channel constituted to introduce the substances into the micro fluid system from a plurality of sources, and having an end part, and a voltage source for impressing a voltage potential to an electrode of the micro fluid system. In the system, the end part of the capillary channel is brought into contact with the objective substance source, the voltage is impressed to the objective substance source, as to the electrode, the source of the spacer substance having a prescribed concentration is selected, and a voltage is impressed to the spacer substance source, as to the electrode. The system includes a process for repeating the process hereinbefore, using the different substance sources, to introduce the plurality of different substances separated by the spacer substance electrokinetically into the capillary channel, without being mixed between the different substances, and to be transported toward the micro fluid system.
