摘要： A piston position installation device of a brake cylinder has a main rod 10 with a first driving portion 11 and a first threaded section 12 along an axial direction and toward the first driving portion. The main rod also has an interior hole 13 with a second threaded section 14, the screwing directions of the first and second threaded section being counter to each other. An abutting rod 20 with a second driving portion 21, a restricting portion 22, and an exterior threaded portion 23 is screwed within second threaded section. A force exerting member 30 has first 31 and second 32 force exerting portions which are engageable with the first and second driving portions respectively. A socket 40 is screwed with a first threaded section of the main rod and a blocking board 50 protrudes laterally outwardly from the socket. The force exerting member may have a lateral sliding rod 33. The force exerting portions may be arranged on opposite ends of the force exerting member. The socket may have a ring portion 42 at one end and a rotating portion 43 at the other. A piston position installation device may also be called a brake wind-back/rewind/reset tool.

摘要： The invention pertains to the generation and utility of antibodies that can bind effectively to C&egr;mX domain on membrane-bound IgE (mIgE) expressed on the surface of human B lymphocytes. The C&egr;mX domain of 52 amino acid residues, located between the CH4 domain and the C-terminal membrane-anchor peptide on human membrane-bound epsilon chain, had been suggested as an antigenic site for immunological targeting of B cells expressing mlgE. Previous reported monoclonal antibodies, including a20, which bind to RADWPGPP peptide at the C-terminal of C&egr;mX, have now been found to bind poorly to mlgE on human B cells. We have discovered that only monoclonal antibodies specific for certain segments, such as GLAGGSAQSQRAPDRVL and HSGQQQGLPRAAGGSVPHPR, of C&egr;mX can bind effectively to mlgE on human B cells and hence have the utility for targeting those B cells for the treatment of diseases mediated by IgE.
