摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the permanent highest accurate axial arrangement of a screw element by a simple method, in all the operating conditions of a machine. SOLUTION: A split stop ring 8 applying prestress to a screw element is supplied in a first ring groove 9 of a main spindle 1 for accurately arranging the screw element on the main shaft 1 of a multi-shaft screw-shaped machine in an axial direction. A second ring groove 11 having a thread ridge 14 is supplied with a space apart from the first ring groove 9. A fastening ring 18 connected to the main spindle 1 so as to simultaneously rotate therewith by applying prestress to the stop ring 8 is connected to the thread ridge 14 in a screw type.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the mechanical cost due to the exchange of sections by a method wherein a housing jacket is divided into one or more shorter sections and longer sections including passages between a material inlet and a material outlet under the condition that the length of the longer section is set to be smaller than the outside distance of the section. SOLUTION: A housing jacket ranging from an end plate 7 to an end plate 8 is composed of radial divisions or of a charging section 13, a first shorter section 14, a first longer section 15, a second shorter section 16 and a second longer section 17. At the top part of the charging section 13, an inlet 18, through which a processing material is charged to a shape including main shafts 4, is provided. The lengths of the longer sections 15 and 17 are B, those of the shorter sections 14 and 16 are respectively C and D. In addition, the length B is set to be smaller than the distance A of the housing jackets of the longer sections 15 and 17 or of the end plates 7 and 8. In this case, the distance A means the closest distance between the sides opposite to each other in the outside outlines of the longer sections 15 and 17 or the end plates 7 and 8. Since severe wear develops in a passage, through which solid additives are charged to the processing material, for such a passage, a shorter section is employed. Thus, wears are made smaller, the number of times for the exchange is reduced and the running cost of a machine can be reduced.

SOLUTION: A continuous processing machine for a fluidizable material comprises at least one main shaft 4 provided with worms or similar processing elements 9, 15 and 16. A housing 1 is provided with at least one material inlet 14 on one end and at least one material outlet on the other end. A flange 22 on which a driving member 8 is fixed by a tension rod 28 is provided in the housing 1. The flange 22 is disposed so as to form a housing section 13 including the material inlet 14 between the flange and the driving member 8 to reduce the tension applied thereon. Also for reducing the torque of the housing section 13, the flange 22 is connected so as to rotate together with a frame 27 on which the driving member 8 is fixed.
