SOLUTION: The twisted resin brush includes lateral resin fibers that are wholly disposed. Part of bristles of it are fusion-bonded with a shaft part to be integrated, so that a sectional area of resin composing the shaft part is increased. In addition, the bristles close to the fusion-bonded part are heat-set to incline in the opposite direction to the fusion-bonded part. Alternatively, the shaft part is coated with a resin, or pressed and fixed with a funnel-shaped member. Density or mechanical strength of the lateral resin fibers at an optional part is thus varied in bristles of the relatively long twisted resin brush.

By this, the doctor can provide, to the patient, the same view as in the state where the doctor observes an objective part with the dental mirror without diverting the view from the inside of the oral cavity. Cloudiness, saliva, and cooling water are spattered by jetting air to the dental mirror surface and an CCD camera incident part to assure a field of view. Thus the inside of the oral cavity can be prevented from being excessively dried.
