    • PURPOSE: To perform spraying having uniform dispersion amount distribution, by forming a part of a liquid to be sprayed into a revolving stream and converting the other part thereof to a jet stream while flowing both streams into an outflow chamber to perform the exchange action of two kinetic energies.
      CONSTITUTION: A part of the liquid flowed into the inflow chamber in a main body 1 through an inflow port is flowed into an outflow chamber 6 through a revolving stream forming flow passage 4 outside a flow passage element 2 to be formed into a revolving stream. At the same time, the other part of the liquid is flowed into the center of the revolving stream in the outflow chamber 6 as a jet stream through the orifice 5 provided to the center part of an outflow element 2. At this time, the exchange action of periperal speed energy and axial speed energy is generated by the contact of the revolving stream and the jet stream in the outflow chamber 6 and the mixed stream formed by this energy exchange is injected into the open air from the nozzle 7 communicated with the outflow chamber 6.

    • A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell that generates electric power via the reaction of hydrogen gas supplied by a hydrogen cylinder with oxygen gas supplied by an air blower. The electric power generated by the fuel cell is used to operate a drive motor and charge a secondary battery. The system also includes a power supply system control device and a gas recirculation line for returning unreacted hydrogen gas discharged from the fuel cell to the gas delivery line that supplies hydrogen gas to the fuel cell. A main shutoff valve is positioned in the gas delivery line to selectively allow flow of hydrogen gas therethrough. Also, a connector is positioned between a junction of the gas delivery line with the gas recirculation line and the main shutoff valve so that the hydrogen cylinder can be selectively coupled to and decoupled from the fuel cell. The system can be operated so that the hydrogen cylinder, which may contain residual hydrogen gas, can be exchanged without releasing the hydrogen gas to the atmosphere.

    • A vibration damping support mechanism for a recored data reproducing apparatus is provided which allows the apparatus to be installed in either a horizontal or vertical position without shifting the tensioning direction of damper springs. Each pair of the damping springs is mounted between a main reproducing unit and an outer casing. The two damper springs are arranged to extend in the thicknesswise and depthwise directions of the main reproducing unit respectively or arranged tilting at a predetermined angle. In the horizontal position, external vibrations are absorbed by the elastic action of one of the two damper springs and thus prevented from propagating directly to the main reproducing unit. Similarly in the vertical position, such external vibrations are absorbed by the elastic action of the other damper spring and prevented from propagating directly to the same. In another construction, a damper spring is mounted between a side panel of the main reproducing unit and a projection of each spring loaded arm rotatably mounted to the outer casing. The spring loaded arm rotates 90 degrees when is actuated by a shift lever pressed with each shift pin of a vertical mounting bracket, thus resetting its damper spring for corresponding to the horizontal or vertical position of the main reproducing unit. In a further construction, a connecting rod arranged extending at one end outward from the outer casing is used to rotate the spring loaded arm through 90 degrees upon coming into direct contact with e.g. the floor of a vehicle.
