    • The electric hoist is designed for lifting cargoes. It has simplified structure, with reduced number of units and parts, at low production costs. It operates smoothly, noiselessly and is of higher efficiency. The electric hoists comprises a housing with flanges (1), drum (4), resting onto the flanges on bearings (5), electric motor (9) and a reducing transmission of two inextricably connected stages. The inlet stage is of frictional planetary type and comprises a central inlet wheel (11), interacting with friction type planetary wheels (16 and 17) having different diameters. Wheels (16, 17) interact with the inner surface of an eccentrically shifted gear rim (19) with external teeth which interact by meshing into a gear rim (23) with internal teeth and with a central shaft, and being connected to the transmission box (10) by cartridge-type elastic elements (24). Rim (19) which forms the motion from the second gear stage is fitted eccentrically and is connected to drum (4) by means of two connectors (33) for small angular deflections from the shafts. The electric hoist has friction pairs of the fast-moving stage, which are automatically self-tightening, to the loading and of the facility of self-retention on the reduction transmission, respectively. As a result, the friction stage operates without sliding of the friction wheels (16 and 17), the transmission performing the function of a brake, retaining the cargo at a given height without any special mechanical electromagnetic braking system. 8 claims, 5 figures

    • The planetary reduction gear is designed for driving machines and apparatuses having large gear ratios. By it, a maximum gear ratio per unit volume for specific power can be achieved, the dynamic loading and noise are reduced and the distribution of loading on the length of the gear teeth is improved. In addition, the time of the internal meshing of the toothed wheels having small number between the number of teeth is increased. In an embodiment, the reduction gear consists of a housing (1) with central gear (12) with inner teeth and coaxial to it inlet shaft with an input central gear (4), meshed to planetary gears (5 and 6) of different diameters, mounted by axles (7) in a cassette (8), balanced by a counterweight (9). Gears (5 and 6) are meshed to an internal gear rim with inner teeth of a satellite gear unit (10) with two gear rims with external teeth, eccentrically positioned towards the central axis of the reduction gear. One of the gear rims with external teeth of the gear unit (10) is meshed to internal teeth of a central gear (3), resting on bearings in the hub of housing (1) and connected to the outlet shaft (3) of the reduction gear. The other gear rim with external teeth of the gear unit (10) is meshed to the internal teeth of the central gear (12) In another embodiment of the reduction gear the inlet shaft (4) is meshed frictionally to fixing planetary wheels of different diameters which are functionally meshed to the internal surface of the satellite gear unit (10). 5 claims, 4 figures

    • The planetary reducer is designed for driving of machinery or pieces of equipment with high gear ratios. It attains a maximum gear ratio per unit of volume at specified power, reduces the dynamic load and noise, and improves the distribution of the load along the length of the gear teeth. In addition it increases the time of the internal meshing of the gear having small difference in the number of their teeth. In an option of execution, the reducer comprises a casing (1) with gear rim with internal teeth, and a shaft-gear (4) coaxial to it, meshed by satellite gears (5 & 6) of different diameters, mounted by axles (7) in a cassette (8), balanced by a counterweight (9). Gears (5 & 6) are meshed by and inner gear rim to the internal teeth of a gear unit (10) made of three gear rims with a common shaft, eccentric to the central shaft of the reducer. The middle gear rim of the gear unit (10) has outer teeth and is meshed by inner teeth of a gear (3), resting in the hub or casing (1) and leading out the rotative motion of the reducer. The external gear rim of the gear unit (10) has outer teeth meshed to the inner teeth of casing (1). In another option of the reducer the inlet shaft is frictionally meshed by means of satellite roller of different diameters, which are frictionally meshed to an internal rim or a gear rim unit (10) which, in this case, has two gear rims - a middle and an external one, both meshed as was the case in the first option of the reducer, with gear (3) and gear rim of the casing (4), respectively. 4 claims, 4 figures
