    • PURPOSE:To improve the manner in which the supply of gas is controlled especially at the time of long disuse and in switching during use by providing in a gas supply pipe a main switch valve designed to be opened under pressure of working medium and designed to be closed under energy dissipation of the working medium through a control valve. CONSTITUTION:To put gas in disuse, for example, before a long absence, a cock 38 at a control part 13 is turned to open a control valve housed therein so that the pressure of the working medium inside a control pipe 11 is released into a tank 16 and the inside of the control pipe 11 is depressurized; this release makes a main switch valve 1 shut off a gas supply pipe 3 under force of a spring. To use gas, the cock 38 is turned to open the control valve and a pump 24 is actuated by switching; the working medium is supplied to the control pipe 11 and causes a piston under the pressure of the working media to open the main switch valve 1 to supply the gas supply pipe 3 with gas. In the case of an earthquake or leakage of gas when gas is supplied, a detective mechanism 57 acts to release the working medium in the control pipe 11 into the tank 16, thus causing the main openclose valve 1 to close in the same manner as above.

    • PURPOSE:To surely stop the supply of gas by detecting an abnormality such as earthquake or the like so as to open a pressure relief valve in order to allow the pressure of working medium in a control pipe to be relieved into a tank, thereby a shut-off valve is closed. CONSTITUTION:Upon normal gas usage, when a control valve 15 is set at a closed position, a manipulation switch 47 for a pump 16 is associatingly positioned on the start side. Further, a change-over switch 1 is turned to a position at which the pump 16 may be started, and accordingly, the pressure of working medium in a control pipe 11 is increased. Then, the pump 16 is stopped by the change-over switch 17, and accordingly, the control pipe 11 is held in a pressure rise condition so that a main shut-off valve 11 is held in an opening condition. Sensors 62, 63 detect an abnormality such as earthquake or the like, and accordingly, a pressure relief valve 49 is opened so that the pressure in the control pipe 11 is relieved into a tank 19. Accordingly, the pressure of the control pipe 11 decreases. With this arrangement, the main shut-off valve 1 is closed so that the supply of gas to the as supply pipe 3 is automatically stopped.

    • PURPOSE:To permit to cook in the optimum condition in accordance with the kind of food-stuff by a method wherein a near-infrared rays heater and a far- infrared rays heater, connected with electric current control circuits in series respectively, are provided and the values of electric current of both heaters are controlled inverse-proportionally. CONSTITUTION:The near-infrared rays illuminating heaters 4a, 5a, and the far- infrared rays illuminating heaters 4b, 5b are arranged in the relation of up-and- down while the electric current control circuits 10a, 10b are connected to the heaters respectively in series. Both of the control circuits 10a, 10b are constituted of circuits in which the phase of triode AC switches 12a, 12b are controlled by diode AC switches 13a, 13b. According to this constitution, resistances 11a, 11b are varied to control the starting points of operations of the triode AC switches 12a, 12b to vary the currents flowing through both heaters inverse- proportionally and uniform a total heating amount. According to this method, cooking may be effected under the optimum condition by selecting and combining the near-infrared rays heating with the far-infrared rays heating in accordance with the kind of the food-stuff to be cooked.
