摘要： A method of correcting the warping of a two-layer clad metal plate consisting of a parent member and a laminated member, in which the hot-correcting of the two-layer clad metal plate is done by cooling one of the metals that has a higher thermal contraction coefficient more intensely than the other metal that has a lower thermal contraction coefficient before or during the hot-correcting of the clad metal plate, to cause the following temperature difference DELTAT, DELTAT = f(DELTAalpha, alpha, a, TO), wherein DELTAalpha is a difference between the coefficients of linear expansion of the two metals, a_ a clad ratio (thickness of the laminated member/total length of the plate), TO a hot-correcting temperature (oC) at the inlet side), and alpha an average of the coefficients of linear expansion of the two metals, to occur. Accordingly, the layer of metal of a higher thermal contraction coefficient of the two layer clad metal plate is cooled forcibly to be brought into a required and suitable condition. Therefore, various kinds of two-layer clad metal plates can be corrected to be flat reliably at normal temperature.

When lowering the wheel to the ground, the direction of receiving table is changed to retract the wheel to the rear of tire and mount onto the receiving table thereafter the trigger metal is pulled rearward and stopped. The sliding chip 14 in the tube 10 is moved together with the projecting rod 12 to compress the spring 11 then the supporting rod 4 is lifted by the chain 13 to stop the pin 9 to the projection 6 and to finish the work.

Both of the control circuits 10a, 10b are constituted of circuits in which the phase of triode AC switches 12a, 12b are controlled by diode AC switches 13a, 13b. According to this constitution, resistances 11a, 11b are varied to control the starting points of operations of the triode AC switches 12a, 12b to vary the currents flowing through both heaters inverse- proportionally and uniform a total heating amount. According to this method, cooking may be effected under the optimum condition by selecting and combining the near-infrared rays heating with the far-infrared rays heating in accordance with the kind of the food-stuff to be cooked.
