摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting an oil having a small cluster size which is unattainable by the conventional salting-out method.
SOLUTION: A powdery rock salt containing a mineral component ionizable by reacting with water is added to a liquid oil comprising a water-containing vegetable oil, animal oil or petrified oil to ionize the mineral component of the rock salt by the water in the oil and generate an ionic current. The molecular assembly (cluster) of the oil is dispersed and miniaturized by the repetition of the generation, extinction and regeneration of the bond of the ions of the mineral component.
