    • A substrate surface processing apparatus is provided. In the substrate surface processing apparatus, a spin chuck holds a substrate thereon by suction, spins the substrate, and moves up and down the substrate. An upper bowl and a lower bowl surround the spin chuck for receiving a processing solution by which the surface of the substrate is processed. An air outlet is positioned under the lower bowl for exhausting air from the upper and lower bowls. A flow separation protrusion is formed within the upper bowl. It separates an air flow around the substrate into an upward air flow and a downward air flow and exhausts the downward air flow through the air outlet.

    • Disclosed is a method for handling inter-RAT cell measurement in a dual-mode UE in a connected mode, which supports both GSM/GPRS (Global System for Mobile communication/General Packet Radio Service) RAT (Radio Access Technology) and UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) RAT. A UTRAN (UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network) of the UMTS RAT transmits a measurement control message to a URRC (UMTS Radio Resource Control) of a UMTS network layer in the UE. Upon receiving the measurement control message, the URRC sends a measurement request for GSM cells to an RR/GRR (Radio Resource/GPRS Radio Resource) of a GSM/GPRS network layer. The RR/GRR activates a GSM physical layer and sends a measurement request for the GSM cells to the GSM physical layer. The GSM physical layer performs measurement on the GSM cells and reports a measurement value to the RR/GRR. The RR/GRR reports the measurement value for GSM cells, received from the GSM physical layer, to the URRC. The URRC reports the received measurement value for GSM cells to the UTRAN.

The swing-type portable terminal having a body housing to and from which a battery pack is attached and detached, a swing housing rotating about a hinge axis vertically extending in a front surface of the body housing, and a hinge module having first and second hinge cams, a hinge shaft, and a swing plate to rotatably connecting the swing housing to the body housing. The hinge guide apparatus of the swing-type portable terminal includes at least one engagement guide portion formed in the second hinge cam; and a hinge guide member provided between the first and second hinge cams and movably engaged with the engagement guide portion, the hinge guide member widening the first and second hinge cams without inclination, by moving along the engagement guide portion in the mounting direction of the battery pack in an inclined manner when the battery pack is mounted to the body housing and moving the first hinge cam upward in the direction of the hinge axis.
