摘要： A high voltage AC power supply circuit for a capacitive load CL, such as an electroluminescent lamp, includes a low voltage DC supply, an inductor L and a FET S in series. The FET S can be pulsed so that the inductor L generates a voltage to charge the capacitive load CL via an H-bridge H, which is in parallel with the FET S. A diode D prevents current discharging from the capacitive load CL while the FET S is closed. The total capacitance downstream of the diode D and in parallel with the capacitive load CL is less than the capacitive load CL, so that when the polarity of the H-bridge is reversed, the voltage across the H-bridge collapses to earth and the capacitive load CL is discharged via the low voltage DC supply. The circuits which a employ a large smoothing capacitor in parallel with the H-bridge.

摘要： A vending machine includes a transponder interrogator. A customer carries a transponder embedded within an ornamental or useful item, such as a key chain ornament. When the customer desires to make a purchase from the vending machine, the customer presents the transponder to the transponder interrogator. The transponder is identified and a credit amount associated with that transponder is debited the purchase price. The system enables the vending machine operator to track the purchasing habits of the transponder user, and to provide instant incentives to purchasers using the transponder, based upon the customer's profile or purchasing habits.

摘要： Methods and systems for combustion dynamics reduction are provided. A combustion chamber may include a first premixer and a second premixer. Each premixer may include at least one fuel injector, at least one air inlet duct, and at least one vane pack for at least partially mixing the air from the air inlet duct or ducts and fuel from the fuel injector or injectors. Each vane pack may include a plurality of fuel orifices through which at least a portion of the fuel and at least a portion of the air may pass. The vane pack or packs of the first premixer may be positioned at a first axial position and the vane pack or packs of the second premixer may be positioned at a second axial position axially staggered with respect to the first axial position.
