    • The invention relates to a urination device, especially for incontinent or bedridden persons, comprising a receptacle that has an inflow connector and an outflow connector, whereby a flexible tube is secured to the outflow connector and runs into a collector. The invention is characterised in that the receptacle (1) is configured as a cylindrical hollow body (2) with two front walls (6, 7) that are perpendicular to a longitudinal extension and whose overall dimensions are relatively small. The inflow connector (3, 13) is arranged eccentrically in an offset position, tending upwards.The length of the inflow connector corresponds to at most 1/3 of the body and the inclination thereof is approximately 110° in relation to the front wall (6). Said inflow connector protrudes above the upper edge of the body (2) in a slightly radial manner only. A urine bag (20) known per se can be used as a collector. Said urine bag can be easily changed and is secured to the outflow connector (4) of the receptacle (1) via a flexible inflow tube (22).

    • The invention refers to nanocrystalline magnetic glass-covered wires and to a process for their production. The wires consist of a metallic nanocrystalline core with diameters by the order of 10 -6 m having compositions based on transition metals and metalloids and other additional metals, and a glass cover having the thickness of the wall by the same order of magnitude. The nanocrystalline wires present high or medium saturation induction, nearly zero magnetostriction and values of the coercive field and of the magnetic permeability in function of the requested applications. The nanocrystalline glass-covered wires are used in electronics and electrotechnics to achieve inductive coils, mini-transformers, magnetic shields, devices working on the basis of the correlation between the magnetic properties of the metallic core and the optical properties of the glass cover.

    • The invention relates to an ironing board comprising an ironing surface (1) which on one end has two sections situated next to each other in one plane, notably a section for ironing clothes (2), and a comparatively smaller sleeve board (3), whereby said two sections (2, 3) are separated from each other by a gap. The invention is characterized in that this gap (4) extends approximately to the middle of the ironing surface (1), whereby the section for ironing clothes (2) is as wide as an ordinary ironing board, so that the total width of the ironing surface in the area comprising both the ironing surface and sleeve board is greater than that of an ordinary ironing board. In addition, the side of the ironingsurface facing the sleeve board from approximately the middle of the ironing surface towards its other end extends in such a way that said end of the ironing surface is approximately as wide as the section for ironing clothes, i.e. as an ordinary ironing board.
