摘要： An array of non-thermal plasma emitters is controlled to emit plasma based on application of an electric current at desired frequencies and a controlled power level. A power supply for an array controller includes a transformer that operates at the resonant frequency of the combined capacitance of the array and the cable connecting the array to the power supply. The power into the array is monitored by the controller and can be adjusted by the user. The controller monitors reflected power characteristics, such as harmonics of the alternating current, to determine initiation voltage of the plasma and/or resonant frequency plasma emitters. The array of non-thermal plasma emitters may be used in therapeutic, diagnostic, and/or medical sanitization applications, including for treatment of infectious diseases using the disclosed protocols.

Each core node is connected to at least one other core node. The method is performed by an adapting node, the adapting node being a node of the layered network that is connected to one or more second nodes and multiple core nodes. 摘要： A system for dispensing an additive into a fuel is disclosed. The system includes: a tank for holding a fuel additive and a dispenser. The dispenser includes: a main shutoff valve; a bore through which the fuel passes; a float bowl, contained within the walls of the device surrounding the bore; an obstruction located inside the bore of the dispensing device; a seal to prevent the flow of air around the outside of the fuel nozzle pump. The additive tank is connected to the dispenser by a conduit. Gravity causes the additive to flow from the tank, through the conduit into the dispensing device. The main shutoff valve is activated as a device cap is installed and deactivated as the cap is removed. The obstruction causes the additive to be drawn into the flow of fuel within dispensing device.

摘要： An interface module of a skimmer for a swimming pool or spa includes an adjustable face assembly that rotatably adjusts within an angular range, inward and/or outward with respect to vertical, that includes the expected possible angles of the pool wall, to provide a substantially planar mounting surface that is parallel to the wall of the swimming pool or spa. A waterproof shroud interconnects mounting brackets of the assembly, expanding and contracting as the mounting brackets are rotated relative to each other. The assembly can be integrated with the skimmer during manufacture of the skimmer, or poolside during skimmer installation. The installer positions the assembly approximate a skimmer aperture in the pool wall, actuates the adjustment mechanism of the interface module to select and lock the desired angle, and secures the interface module flush against the angled pool wall, with the throat module and vessel of the skimmer remaining upright.

The bridge device may send the beacon data to a server via a communication network. The server may analyze the beacon data, such that the locations of people or objects may be estimated and monitored, and/or sensor data corresponding to measurable attributes of people or objects may be accumulated and monitored. The location of the bridge device may be estimated using signal strength measurements of beacon signals received from room beacons in combination with corresponding room identifiers. Alerts may be sent by the server to a user device responsive to the server determining that a person or object is in an unauthorized location and/or that a value of monitored sensor data exceeds a threshold.

If the mobile services control system determines that a vehicle operator has potentially unsafe access to a mobile communication device, the mobile services control system may restrict operator access to one or more services that would otherwise be available to the operator via the mobile communication device.
