摘要： The present invention provides methods, compositions, devices, and kits for treating cystinuria or related disorders, in which tiopronin is administered to a patient according to a modified- release strategy that releases tiopronin in critically-spaced, repeated pulses over time, to provide lower peak plasma levels but consistently higher urine levels of the drug for binding cystine. In particular, use of the present modified-release formulations and systems reduce side effects of tiopronin, thereby increasing patient compliance and quality of life, as well as achieving efficacy with less frequent administrations and/or lower total dosages.

The insulated housing further comprises a tank containing an actuator mechanism for actuating the current exchange assembly. The insulated tray has a shape that corresponds with the shape of the vacuum interrupter and the shape of tire housing.

Alternatively, the wall of the conductor receiver can be coupled to an insulator and have at least one aperture that vents heat from the cavity to the insulator.

The tri-hull delta dirigible system has a similar lift capacity (volume) as a conventional large mono-hull dirigible, while minimizing the detrimental bending in the center of the conventional mono-hull dirigible.
