Dabei kann unter Verwendung geeigneter Aktuatoren entweder lediglich die Düse (110) ausgetauscht werden, oder es kann der das flüssige Material enthaltende Behälter (108) mit daran angebrachter Düse (110) ersetzt werden. Im Falle eines Wechsels des Behälters (108) kann zugleich der darin aufgenommene Kolben ausgetauscht werden.

Dazu wird ein Verhältnis aus zwei delektierten IR-Intensitäten verwendet, die die Intensität von an der Oberfläche (102) reflektiertem IR-Licht in jeweils unterschiedlichen IR-Wellenlängenbereichen angeben. Mittels einer geeigneten Kalibrierung kann anhand dieses Verhältnisses die physikalische Größe, beispielsweise die Oberflächenspannung eines auf einem gereinigten Bauteil verbleibenden Ölfilms, bestimmt werden.

For each base image, the plurality of threshold functions cover different intensity regions and result in a complex rasterization pattern depending on the intensity of the input image.
