摘要： A method estimates the health state of an aircraft pneumatic control valve through indirect measurements of available sensors. Measurements from identical valves operating under the same condition are compared. Residues are translated into estimates of individual valve degradation state. Historical degradation states can be used to predict expected time to failure.

摘要： A primer assembly is provided for use on a carburetor that is vented through an external vent on the primer. In at least some embodiments, the assembly comprises a housing comprising an open end and an outlet with a flexible primer bulb inserted into and closing the open end of the housing, thereby defining a volume within the housing. There is a vent in the primer bulb. A carbon canister is positioned within the volume defined in the housing such that the vent and the outlet are in fluid communication via a flow path that extends through the canister. The carbon canister adsorbs fuel vapors from the carburetor. During normal operation of the engine, air enters through the primer vent and purges the carbon canister of the adsorbed fuel.

摘要： A portable game set comprising a game board constructed out of corrugated paper board having indicia thereon representing a game board and having slits on each position for receiving a game piece. The game pieces are rectangular and made of a transparent material so that the indicia indicating the game pieces is visible on both sides of the board. The corrugated paper board applies a large amount of pressure on the portion of the game pieces and has a highly frictional surface to securely retain the game pieces within the slits. The corrugated paper board rigidly holds the game pieces in the slits allowing the game to be played during a windy day or in turbulence. When the game pieces are inserted into the slits, the game pieces vertically extend approximately 90 degrees with respect to the board thereby providing an improved appearance.

摘要： A bleed leakage detection system includes an arrangement of thermostats that are capable of detecting the place where the bleed air leakage is occurring (e.g., the failed junction in bleed air duct work). The exemplary illustrative non-limiting implementation provides a bleed leakage detection system with continuous monitoring of thermostat sensor wiring during flight and thermostat self-test function ("Initiated Built In Test" - "IBIT"). The IBIT self-testing can be initiated before the aircraft takes off or optionally, during periodic self testing that may be run during predetermined periods such as overnight when the aircraft is not being flown. By the continuous monitoring the pilot is alerted when the bleed leakage detection system has failed so that appropriate countermeasures and maintenance may be performed.

摘要： The oil pump comprises an open ended conduit (1) extending from a connecting rod journal (3) to below the surface of oil in a crankcase. The conduit is bent and oriented such that the open end (7) is tangential to the radius of crankshaft (5) rotation and faces in the direction of rotation. Channels in the crankshaft and connecting rod journal provide flow paths between the upper end of the conduit and at least one bearing surface.
