    • A skin effect heating system for long pipelines includes a heater cable disposed in a ferromagnetic or other conductive heat tube, the heater cable and heat tube cooperating to produce heat that is applied to the carrier pipe. The heater cable includes a conductor surrounded by an insulating layer, and then a semiconductive outer layer or "jacket." The semiconductive jacket contacts the inner surface of the heat tube, where the charge density of the return current carried by the heat tube is at its highest. The semiconductive jacket material has a resistivity that is sufficiently low to reduce or eliminate arcing events such as corona discharge by allowing accumulated charge on the heat tube to dissipate. The resistivity is also high enough to prevent the return current from flowing into or through the semiconductive outer layer, so that heat production capacity of the system is maximized.

A handle can include a handle body and at least one actuation arm with a first engagement feature, and can be pivotably attached to the door to rotate about a pivot axis. A latching mechanism supported by the door can include a rod extending along a rod axis that is substantially parallel to the pivot axis, a second engagement feature engaging the first engagement feature, when the handle is rotated about the pivot axis, to rotate the rod about the rod axis, and a catch attached to the rod. The catch can engage the latching feature of the enclosure, when the rod is rotated in a first rod direction about the rod axis, to latch the door to the enclosure frame.

    • Embodiments of the invention provide a desuperheater system for cooling a process fluid. The desuperheater system includes a pipe through which the process fluid flows and that defines an axis and includes injector housings attached to and arranged radially around the pipe. The injector housings each define an injector cavity. Injectors, each one including an injector nozzle that defines an injection angle, are received in each injector cavity so that the injector nozzles are in fluid communication with the process fluid. The injection angle of each injection nozzle is selected individually. The desuperheater system also includes a control valve with a valve inlet port configured to receive a cooling fluid. The control valve is configured to selectively provide fluid communication between the valve inlet port and at least one of the of injectors to inject the cooling fluid into the process fluid.
