    • A locking mechanism (1) for a frame unit (9) comprises a base (2), a pivoting member (76), a flexible member (72), and a slide (5). The engagement of the pivoting member (6) and the slide (5) can be released by pressing the upper section of the pivoting member (6) to make the rod at a foldable state. Besides, a handle (7) can be additionally mounted to the pivoting member (6) for releasing the engagement between the pivoting member (6) and the slide (5). Alternatively, a blocking member (3) can be additionally mounted to the base (2) to prevent the base (2) from departing from the pivoting member (6) accidentally.
