摘要： A system includes an energy source and a surgical device. The energy source has a receptacle configured to delivery energy to the surgical device through a receptacle. The surgical device is configured to deliver the energy to tissue. The surgical device includes a plug selectively engagable to the receptacle to couple the surgical device to the energy source. The plug includes a prong configured to mechanically transition from a condition permitting engagement of the plug and the receptacle to another condition inhibiting engagement of the plug with the receptacle upon reaching a predetermined usage threshold.

摘要： An infusion catheter (10) includes a housing (20), a proximal shaft assembly (32), a first distal shaft assembly 34) and a second distal shaft assembly (36). The housing has one or more inflation ports (22,24,26) and one (28) or more infusion ports. The proximal shaft assembly supports a proximal balloon (38). The first distal shaft assembly extends distally from the proximal shaft assembly and supports a first distal balloon (40). The second distal shaft assembly extends distally from the proximal shaft assembly and supports a second distal balloon (42). The first and second distal shaft assemblies define infusion openings (44) in fluid communication with the one or more infusion ports. The infusion catheter may be inserted into a uterine cavity to occlude tubal ostia and an internal cervical OS of the uterine cavity for sealing the uterine cavity. A therapeutic agent may be delivered through the infusion catheter and into the sealed uterine cavity to treat the uterine cavity.
