Each segment includes: a drive sprocket; an idler sprocket; a track looped around and between the sprockets; a set of grippers fastened to and disposed along the respective track, and a frame. The frame: is connected to the stationary segment, has a coupling for connection to a pressure control assembly (PCA), and has a passage for receiving the cable. The injector further includes a motor torsionally connected to the drive sprocket of the stationary segment.

摘要： A pump (65) includes one or more stages, each stage including a tubular housing (150) and a mandrel (155) disposed in the housing. The mandrel includes a rotor (160) rotatable relative to the housing and having: an impeller (160i), a shaft (160s), and one or more helicoidal blades (160a-c) on an outer surface of the impeller. The mandrel further includes a diffuser (165) connected to the housing, having the rotor shaft extending therethrough and having a plurality of vanes (165v) on an outer surface thereof. Each vane has an arcuate portion and a longitudinal portion. The diffuser further has a channel (165c) formed between an adjacent pair of vanes. The pump further includes a fluid passage formed between the housing and the mandrel.

摘要： A method of unloading liquid from a reservoir includes deploying a pumping system into a wellbore to a location proximate the reservoir using a cable. The pumping system includes a multi-section motor, an isolation device, and a pump. The method further includes supplying a power signal from the surface to the motor via the cable and sequentially operating each section of the motor to mimic a multi-phase motor, thereby driving the pump and lowering a liquid level in the tubular string to a level proximate the reservoir.

摘要： An apparatus for pumping fluid, the apparatus including a pump housing including a plunger connected to a terminal end of a coiled tubing and a first port. The apparatus further including the plunger configured to move longitudinally upward and downward, wherein the plunger includes a second port and a surface pumping unit configured to modulate between two modes, a first mode configured to limit a stroke length of the plunger so that the first and second ports do not engage, and a second mode wherein the first and second ports engage. Also, a method for pumping fluid into a wellbore using an apparatus, the method comprising inserting a housing including a coiled tubing and a plunger into the wellbore, wherein the plunger is located at a terminal end of the coiled tubing, and wherein the housing includes a first port and a plunger includes a second port. The method further including moving the plunger longitudinally upward and downward within the housing wherein a stroke length of the plunger is limited during the moving the plunger and extracting fluid from the wellbore. The method further including extracting fluid from the wellbore, pulling the plunger longitudinally upward until the first and second ports are aligned, and circulating fluid into the wellbore through the coiled rubbing and first and second ports discharging into an annulus of the wellbore.
