摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent contraflow by the independent action of one valve element even in case of the failure of the other valve element by fitting the second valve element to be movable separately and independently of the first valve element, and overlapping the first valve element at least in a closed position, with the position of the second valve element in an open position. CONSTITUTION: A nut 69 and a spring 74 serve to restrict the travel of a second valve element 72 along an axial direction in the shorter distance than the depth of a cup part of a first valve element 30, in response to fluid pressure P1 . These separate check valve elements are therefore held in the independently working state even when the second valve element 32 is placed in a fully open state due to failure and the first valve element 30 is in a sealing engaged state. In the case of no inflow water pressure existing, the individual first and second check valve elements 30, 32 are independently urged by springs 55, 74 and sealing-engaged with valve seat faces 48, 49. When inflow water pressure P1 is applied, each check valve element is energized to come off the sealing engaged state.

摘要： An intelligent roof drain system includes a roof drain surrounded by a drain plate. A water seepage detection module is disposed proximate the drain plate. The water seepage detection module includes water seepage detection sensors and circuitry and an antenna system to inductively receive power and communicate water seepage data. A roofing membrane is disposed over the water seepage detection module. A monitoring module that includes control circuitry, power supply circuitry, water level detection circuitry, communications interface circuitry, and an antenna system to inductively supply power to and communicate with the water seepage detection module is disposed proximate the water seepage detection module such that the antenna systems align. The intelligent roof drain system can detect water seepage under the roofing membrane and standing water proximate the roof drain and communicate such events to a gateway and/or building management system.

The mobile device transmits power to the antenna board which, in turn, transmits power to the microcontroller and the sensor. 摘要： Stabilized indicator compositions, and systems and methods using the same are described. In embodiments the stabilized indicator compositions include a solvent, an indicator, a stabilizer for the indicator, and optionally a buffer. In embodiments the indicator is or includes N, N- diethyl-p-phenylene diamine (DPD). Systems and methods utilizing the stabilized indicator composition to determine an amount of at least one constituent in a test sample (e.g., water) are also described. In embodiments, the systems and methods remove the stabilizer from the stabilized indicator composition to produce a fluid flow containing un stabilized indicator, which is then combined with a fluid from a sample source to form a test sample for analysis.
