摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device provided in a downstream part of an exhaust manifold of an internal combustion engine and directing a larger quantity of exhaust gas toward a recirculation device. SOLUTION: A butterfly valve is provided in a housing formed of an inlet tube for inflow of the exhaust gas from the internal combustion engine and an intersecting part of an outlet tube to the outside and another outlet tube to the recirculation device. The butterfly valve lies in front of a connecting part of the tubes and in the way of fluid flowing therein and is moved by a motor to control the flow of the fluid and controls the quantity of the exhaust gas flowing to the recirculation device. When a control motor is incorporated in the housing, the whole valve device can be compactified. When a cooling means is also incorporated, as relevant parts can be kept at a proper temperature, sealing elements of non-heat resistant material can be used and the cost can be reduced.
