    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material article from a polyacetal with directly molded-on functional elements manufactured by a multi-component injection molding method and composed of thermoplastic elastomers. SOLUTION: The method is provided for manufacturing the composite material article from polyacetal (component a) with the directly molded-on functional elements composed of one or more thermoplastic elastomers (component b). The components a and b have different hardness. In a first step, the material with the greater hardness (component a) is initially pre-molded in a mold, then cooled and removed from the mold, then placed into the other larger cavity or partially removed from the mold, and then moved into a larger cavity together with a part of the initial mold or left in the same mold without being removed from the mold, and the mold is enlarged by means of a movable device. In a second step, the material with the lesser hardness (component b) is over-molded on the material, and a molded article formed of the component (a) is firmly bonded to the material and removed from the mold as the composite material article.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a microencapsulated toner which is adaptable to a pressure fixing system and a heating roller fixing system for achieving low-temperature heat fixing or speeding up of copying, solves the problems of conventional microencapsulated toners, has excellent storage stability and anti-offset property, and has such a uniform particle size distribution that the toner can exhibit a high density hue.
      SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the microencapsulated toner, in manufacture of microencapsulated toner particles in which core material particles are coated with a shell material, core material particles are dispersed in a solution prepared by dissolving an olefin polymer having a cyclic structure and constituting the shell material in a water-soluble organic solvent, the resulting dispersion is dropped into 0.5-3% aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol having a polymerization degree of 300-3,000, and in-water drying is carried out by phase separation to obtain the toner particles.
