摘要： A method for purifying a dipeptide ester by electrolysis in an electrolytic cell comprising an anode compartment, a cathode compartment and a central compartment partitioned by anion exchange membranes, which comprises supplying an aqueous dipeptide ester solution containing an inorganic acid to the central compartment defined by said anion exchange membranes, an aqueous solution containing a basic substance or an aqueous electrolyte solution containing a basic substance to the cathode compartment and an aqueous electrolyte solution to the anode compartment, supplying hydroxyl ions from the cathode compartment to the central compartment through the anion exchange membrane to neutralize the aqueous dipeptide ester solution containing the inorganic acid and removing anions of the inorganic acid in the aqueous dipeptide ester solution from the central compartment to the anode compartment through the anion exchange membrane.

摘要： A fine-cell rigid polyurethane foam is prepared by reacting a polyol having a blowing agent such as water incorporated therein with a polyisocyanate in the presence of an amine catalyst having a retarding effect. The amine catalyst is comprised of (a) 30 to 50 parts by weight of triethylene diamine, (b) 30 to 50 parts by weight of bis(dimethylaminoethyl)ether and/or N,N min ,N sec ,N sec -pentamethyldiethylene triamine, (c) up to 40 parts by weight of tetramethylhexamethylene diamine and/or trimethylaminoethylpiperazine, and (d) formic acid in an amount of 0.2 to 1.5 moles per mole of triethylene diamine.

摘要： Disclosed is a granular calcium hypochlorite composition having a calcium hypochlorite content of at least 55 wt.% and composed of particles having an ellipsoidal shape in section, wherein at least 50 wt.% of the ellipsoidal particles have a short diameter of 0.3 - 5 mm, a long diameter of 0.5 - 20 mm, and a long diameter/short diameter ratio larger than 1.5 but not larger than 5. This composition is prepared by a process wherein a wet calcium hypochlorite composition comprising at least 40 wt.% of calcium hypochlorite and 25 - 45 wt.% of water is extruded through a die having an orifice diameter of 0.3 - 5 mm; the extrudate is cut to a length of 0.5 - 20 mm so that the length/orifice diameter ratio is larger than 1.5 but not larger than 5 to form columnar shaped particles; the columnar shaped particles are subjected to rolling granulation; and the resulting granules are dried until the water content is reduced to 4 - 22 wt.%.

Image data of a document are recorded by the copying machine with optical disc device onto the optical disc page by page, and the image data recorded onto the optical disc are reproduced by the reproduction-only optical disc device page by page. The capacity of the optical disc cartridge is nearly comparable with an ordinary amount of paper file, and the data are retrieved page by page. Therefore, the document in the optical disc can be easily recorded and reproduced. Further, the optical disc cartridge can be preserved just like an ordinary file. The file system therefore can be easily used in offices and in homes.

摘要： A method for crystallizing α -L-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine methyl ester (APM) by cooling. In this method, crystals of APM are subjected to crushing, and the crushed APM crystals are used as seed crystals for growing APM crystals. By the use of crushed seed crystals, the generation of fine secondary APM crystals can be suppressed, and the width to length ratio of resulting APM crystals becomes larger. As a whole, big APM crystals having improved filtering and drying properties can be obtained. Such crystals can be advantageous with regard to production, quality and handling. The precipitation of APM crystals proceeds quite efficiently with only a small quantity of crushed seed crystals. This invention also relates to crystallization of APM using in situ prepared crushed seed crystals.
