摘要： A microwave absorber device for a microwave heater having a main body with an opening and a door for closing said opening with a leakage path between the door and the main body. The absorber device has a choke cavity along a leakage path of the microwave energy between the main body and the door, said choke cavity having an approximate 1/4 wavelength of length, and an entrance facing said leakage path for accepting microwave energy. Said entrance of the choke cavity is closed by a cover plate made of ferro-magnetic material, which is a mixture of ferrite and gum. Preferably, an additional microwave absorber made of ferro-magnetic material which is integral with said cover plate is provided next to the choke cavity. Preferably, the dielectric constant of the material of the cover plate is less than 15. Still, preferably, the ratio of the imaginary part of the complex permeability to the real part of the same of the cover plate material is larger than 0.5.

摘要： A magnetic recording medium is provided which has smooth and stable running performance and is free of "sequal" phenomenon, especially in an environment of high temperature and high humidity. A highly viscous silicone oil having a viscosity of 100,000 centistokes or more is incorporated in combination with a higher fatty having a melting point of 44 DEG C. or more into a magnetic coating layer of the magnetic recording medium. Such silicone oil is represented by the general formula: wherein R is CH3, R' is CH3, C6H5 or F and n is a number which determines a viscosity thereof. Such higher fatty acid is selected from lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, arachic acid, behenic acid and the like.

摘要： A tape clamp mechanism for the reel hub of a tape cassette has a clamp block for clamping a tape to the reel hub. The clamp block has a main block having spaced opposite ends, an outer curved surface and an inner surface corresponding to the outer circumferential curved surface of the reel hub. A first pair of prongs project from the inner surfaces of both ends of the clamp block. A bridge member is provided on the inner surface of the main block. A second pair of prongs projects from the bridge member. The reel hub has a recess for receiving the clamp block. The recess has cavities for interacting with the first and second pairs of prongs of the clamp block. The clamp block is settable in the recess of the reel hub by a snap mounting or friction fit mounting method.
