摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a nanoparticle composition for producing a battery material.SOLUTION: A method for producing a nanoparticle composition containing crystalline non-aggregated FePO2HO nanoparticles includes (a) a step of preparing an aqueous acid solution of an Fe starting compound, (b2) a step of adding an acid containing an anion, where the anion in the acid forms an insoluble precipitate together with the Fe starting compound, (c) a step of adding a surfactant after the start of precipitation of the precipitate, and (d) a step of filtering out the precipitate.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a shell catalyst which comprises a porous catalyst support having an outer shell in which at least one catalytically active species is contained.SOLUTION: The method using a device 10 which is adapted to produce a fluid bed of molded catalyst supports by means of a process gas 40, the molded catalyst supports revolving in the bed on elliptical or toroidal orbits. The method comprises the steps of: a) feeding molded catalyst supports to the device 10 and producing a fluid bed of the molded catalyst supports by means of the process gas 40, the molded catalyst supports revolving in the fluid bed on elliptical or toroidal, preferably toroidal, orbits; b) impregnating an outer shell of the molded catalyst supports with a catalytically active species or a precursor thereof by spraying the molded catalyst supports that revolve in the fluid bed on elliptical or toroidal orbits with a solution that contains catalytically active species or a precursor thereof; and c) drying the molded catalyst supports that are sprayed with the solution.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a nanocrystal metal oxide, and further to provide a compound that is the nanocrystal metal oxide and that is a catalyst material that is especially the catalyst material that is used for a methanol production from carbon monoxide and hydrogen.SOLUTION: A production method of a nanocrystal metal oxide includes: a) a process in which a departure compound is introduced into a reaction chamber using a carrier fluid; b) a process in which the departure compound in a treatment zone is heat treated by a pulsation flow at 240-700°C for a detention time of 200 ms-2 s; c) a process in which the nanocrystal metal oxide particle is formed; and d) a process in which the nanocrystal metal oxide particle obtained by the processes b) and c) is removed from the reaction vessel, and the departure compound is introduced into the reaction chamber in the formation of a solution, a slurry, a suspension or a solid aggregate.
