摘要： A cryogenic hydrocarbon composition, obtained by subjecting a raw liquefied hydrocarbon stream to a pressure reduction step, is first separated into a vaporous reject stream and a liquid stream. The liquid stream is discharged in the form of the liquefied hydrocarbon stream. The vaporous reject stream is recompressed, partially condensed by indirectly heat exchanging the compressed vapour stream against an auxiliary refrigerant stream, and separated. The condensed fraction is revaporized and combusted in a gas turbine. The vapour fraction, which generally has a higher nitrogen content and a lower heating value than the condensed fraction, is combusted in a combustion device other than a gas turbine. The auxiliary refrigerant stream is formed by a slip stream of the liquefied hydrocarbon stream.

摘要： A nitrogen stripper uses a shared distillation column that performs cryogenic distillation of multiple liquefied natural gas streams that are sourced from multiple cryogenic heat exchangers. The shared distillation column receives at least a part of an expanded liquefied natural gas stream, and discharges a liquefied natural gas stream through a bottom liquid outlet, and a reject vapour through an overhead vapour outlet. The expanded liquefied natural gas stream is obtained by expanding a plurality of pressurized liquefied natural gas streams discharged by the cryogenic heat exchangers. The distillation column is connected to a reboiler system, which has a separate heat exchange core for each one of the multiple liquefied natural gas streams that is dedicated to only one of these liquefied natural gas streams.

A refrigerant stream in compressed condition is formed by compressing the spent refrigerant (240) and the auxiliary refrigerant stream that is discharged from the indirectly heat exchanging with the wet hydrocarbon stream (510), whereby allowing direct heat exchanging between the discharged auxiliary refrigerant stream (265) and the spent refrigerant stream (240) before said compressing.

摘要： The invention provides a for the removal of oxygenate from an olefin rich gas stream, the process comprising the steps of: (a) reacting an oxygenate feedstock, comprising oxygenate, in an oxygenate reaction zone in the presence of a catalyst comprising a molecular sieve, at a temperature in the range of from 350 to 1000°C, to produce a reaction effluent stream, comprising at least oxygenate, olefin, water and acidic by-products; (b) cooling the reaction effluent stream and contacting it with a first aqueous stream in a quench zone to produce an aqueous stream and an olefin rich gas stream; (c) compressing the olefin rich gas stream in one or more compressors in series to produce a compressed gas stream, (d) cooling the compressed gas stream and separating condensed material from said gas stream after each of the one or more compressors, wherein after at least one of the one or more compressors in step (c), step (d) is carried out by contacting the compressed gas stream directly with a second aqueous stream and separating the resultant material into an oxygenates depleted gas stream and an aqueous wash stream.
