While the cover cap 8 is being pressed by consumption of usual force due to pressing pressure of an alarm sound button 14 provided in the cover cap 8, a support device 11 comes into contact with the diffuser 4. In this process of deformation, the alarm sound foils 10 are pressed each other to give alarm sound.
