摘要： A wireless transmission apparatus that improves throughput in a wireless communication network system. In this apparatus, MT units of transmission/reception sections (122-1 to 122-MT) respectively correspond to MT units of antennas (121-1 to 121-MT) and transmit a preamble signal and a data signal via corresponding antennas (121-1 to 121-MT). MT units of transmission/reception sections (122-1 to 122-MT) use subcarriers allocated per antennas (121-1 to 121-MT) out of subcarriers (141, 142, 143 and 144) in preamble signal transmission. Furthermore, MT units of transmission/reception section (122-1 to 122-MT) use a subcarrier (140) having a frequency different from subcarriers (141, 142, 143 and 144) in data signal transmission.

摘要： It is an object to prevent functions expected originally from being unexhibited when impurities to be introduced into a solid sample are mixed with each other, and to implement plasma doping with high precision. In order to distinguish impurities which may be mixed from impurities which should not be mixed, first of all, an impurity introducing mechanism of a core is first distinguished. In order to avoid a mixture of the impurities in very small amounts, a mechanism for delivering a semiconductor substrate to be treated and a mechanism for removing a resin material to be formed on the semiconductor substrate are used exclusively.

摘要： An optical information processor reads information from a storage medium or writes information on a storage medium by irradiating it with light radiated from a light source. The processor includes: the light source for radiating the light; a condensing element for converging the light, radiated from the light source, toward the storage medium; and a detector for detecting a portion of the light radiated from the light source. Supposing that in a far-field pattern of the light radiated from the light source, an aperture area A is defined by a portion of the light entering the condensing element and a photosensitive area B is defined by another part of the light entering the detector and that the light has the narrower angle of radiation in an x direction and the wider angle of radiation in a y direction, respectively, the center of the photosensitive area B in the x direction is offset with respect to that of the far-field pattern in the x direction.
