To the connection interface, a magnetic end effector 104 is connected or is connectable. The magnetic end effector has a maximum of two degrees of freedom to be activated namely for rotational motion of a magnetic field generator. SOLUTION: The rectum medical instrument includes: a handle part 40 fitted to the proximal end of a tubular shaft having elasticity; a cap fixed or formed at the distal end of the tubular shaft having elasticity; and the clip 4 for biological tissue, elastically connected to the cap by spring force and drawn out from the cap by an open/draw means. The distal end of the tubular shaft is inclined in an area immediately before the cap, the cap itself is inclined at a predetermined fixing angle, and the drawing direction of the clip defined by the cap is defined to a predetermined angle to the axis of the tubular shaft. The endoscope cap is opened at the front end of the expanding sleeve to form a working channel, or movably inserted or configured to be inserted into a different endoscope channel from the working channel of the instrument. The endoscope cap has a withdrawing thread to be manually operated on the inner surface in the radial direction of the endoscope cap. The endoscope-type implanting instrument further includes a tissue grasping means to be movably inserted into the working channel to manually grasp the tissue to be withdrawn into the endoscope cap. A clamp means is integrally disposed inside the expanding sleeve. The clamp means holds a capsule type device 3 connected to the tissue clip via a thread, band or string 2.
