    • It is intended to improve work efficiency by eliminating the work of attaching and removing push rods during installing and dismounting the a blade mount and also to reduce abrasion of the push rods for pushing punching scrap out of a punching blade. The first push rods 18 are inserted movably in the first through-holes 16 formed in the knife cylinder and the second push rods 36 are inserted movably in the second through-holes 34 formed in the blade mount to permit the second push rods 36 to be abutted on the first push rods 18. A scrap push lever 30 is mounted on the outer end of the second push rod 36 to push out the punching scrap a and an eccentric cylinder 14 is provided inside of the knife cylinder 10 to push the first push rod 18 outward when pushing out the punching scrap a. The stroke of the first push rod 18 is controlled so that the outer end 18a of the first push rod 18 does not project from the outer periphery 10a of the knife cylinder. The first push rod 18 and the second push rod 36 are preferably made from one of self-lubricating resin and abrasion-resistant material.

    • The objects is to rapidly position and fix a blade swivel to a knife cylinder in a rotary die cutter and to abate abrasion of the inner end of an extrusion member that is brought into contact with an extruding unit. A wooden pattern 22 in which a punching blade 20 is embedded is installed to a blade swivel 18. A knife cylinder 16 includes first penetrating holes 76 accommodating first extruding pins 74 while the blade swivel 18 includes a second penetrating holes 80 accommodating second extruding rod 82. The first extruding pin 74 can be brought into contact with the second extruding rods 82, and an eccentric cylinder 72 extrudes the first extruding pins 74 to further extrude a punched chip a sandwiched between a punching blade 20. At the inner opening of each second penetrating hole 80, a recess groove 98 is formed along the axis direction of the knife cylinder. This configuration prevents the first extruding pins 74 from hitting the blade swivel when the blade swivel 18 moves along the axis direction of the knife cylinder when the blade swivel 18 is to be installed.

    • An apparatus includes a washing water supplying path connected to an ink chamber, including a seal blade and a doctor blade slidably contacting an outer circumference of an anilox roll; a washing water supplier for supplying washing water to an inside of the ink chamber through the washing water supplying path; a supplying path opening/closing device that opens and closes the washing water supplying path; a washing water recovering paths connected to the ink chamber; a suction recovering device that recovers the washing water in the ink chamber by suction through the washing water recovering path; and a controller that controls operations of the washing water supplier, the supplying path opening/closing device, and the suction recovering device. The control mode includes a decompression control mode in which the seal blade is elastically deformed towards the ink chamber by decompressing the inside of the ink chamber by recovering the washing water.
