    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient method capable of supplying dry air, i.e. air of moisture content lower than that of outside air in a refrigerating chamber or other space and having high dryness, into the refrigerating chamber or the space, at low cost. SOLUTION: The first specified space is connected to communicate with the at least one second specified space via an inlet of the first specified space, air of the first specified space has a moisture content lower than that of the at least one second specified space, and moisture in the air is reduced therewith by an at least one air dehumidifying means. The at least one second specified space is divided into two partitioned chambers arranged to be connected continuously each other, by a partitioning means, to reduce the moisture content in the air, the whole air or one part of the air of high moisture content is taken out of the partitioned chamber of the second specified space proximate to the first specified space, the air is dehumidified, and the whole air or one part of the dehumidified air is fed to the partitioned chamber of the second specified space nearest to the first specified space.     • Method for reducing the moisture content of air of a first defined space in communication with, via an entrance to said first defined space, at least one second defined space, the air of first defined space having lower moisture content than that of said at least one second defined space, whereby the reduction of the air moisture content is achieved by at least one means for dehumidified air. The reduction of the air moisture content is achieved by dividing said at least one second defined space into two compartments arranged in series and communicating with each other via partition means, taking wholly or partially air having higher moisture content from the compartment of the second defined space located longest from the first defined space, dehumidifying said air, and feeding said dehumidified air wholly or partially to the compartment of the second defined space located closest to the first defined space.
