    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact charging device with an electromagnetic shield and a capacitance measuring function.SOLUTION: The non-contact charging device in accordance with one characteristic of the present invention comprises a charging module, a capacitance sensor, and a control unit. The charging module comprises a first coil, a stationary part, a comb-like electrostatic shield installed between the first coil and the stationary part. The capacitance sensor is connected to the comb-like electrostatic shield, and measures the comb-like electrostatic shield and changes in capacitance around the comb-like electrostatic shield. When the non-contact charging device is in standby mode, the comb-like electrostatic shield is used to measure capacitance. When the capacitance exceeds a threshold value set in advance and an electronic device charged in a non-contact manner is placed in the stationary part, the control unit switches the non-contact charging device to charging mode and the comb-like electrostatic shield suppresses radio waves.
