摘要： A vibration apparatus for a molding box which enlarges the range in which a vibrating force can be increased and decreased. In the apparatus, a first gear pulley 16 for rotating a first rotary shaft having a first eccentric weight fixed thereto and a second gear pulley 17 for rotating a second rotary shaft having a second eccentric weight fixed thereto are disposed on the same plane, and similar third and fourth rotary shafts are disposed immediately below the first and second rotary shafts, respectively. An endless timing belt 37 is passed around a prime mover gear pulley 33 and a gear pulley 36 disposed on a slidable base 31 capable of horizontal displacement in such a manner as to extend from the lower side of the first gear pulley 16 to the upper side of the second gear pulley 17 and from the upper side of the fourth gear pulley 19 to the lower side of the third gear pulley 18, and the slidable base 31 can thus move in a direction parallel to the timing-belt 37.

Under the cartridge 5, an accommodation chamber 10 for the refined edible oil is provided along with an oil takeout mechanism 11 for taking out therefrom the edible oil refined.

After being vibrated and pressure-molded at the part 4, a molded item 5 further advances and while it moves along a rail 6 in synchronism with the speed of the conveyor 2, a holder 8 of a rotary cutting blade 7 moves perpendicularly to the movement of the item 5 over the rail 6 to cut off the concrete molded item according to the length of the pallet 1. As a result, treatment of product, quality control, saving of energy, productivity, etc., are superior to a conventional method.

CONSTITUTION:A double plating layer 4 consisting of an Sn plating layer 2 and a Pb plating layer 3 is formed on a base material 1. The order of formation of the plating layers 2, 3 is not especially restricted but the ratio between the layers is allowed to coincide with that between Sn and Pb in a desired alloy. The layer 4 is then melted by heating to form a single Sn-Pb alloy plating layer 5 on the base material 1. Sn-Pb alloy plating giving an exact ratio between Sn and Pb can easily be carried out and plating cost can be reduced.

Then, clean supernatant water is taken out, and the remover is further mixed with polluted water.

A garbage such as the leavings or the like is thrown into the first decomposition chamber from a throwing port 10 to generate a gas. A sludge 14 in a bottom is successively moved through decomposition chambers through opening portions 20 to be decomposed. The sewage is entered into a filter chamber 50 from an outlet port 49 and successively passed through an oxidizing bed 71, an activated carbon bed 73 from the outlet port 49 after filtered to carry out the oxidation and the deodorizing and, after disinfected, discharged. A decomposition gas is stored in a gas tank and used as a fuel.
