摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary napkin having a protection layer for adhesive means capable of speedy and convenient removing by composing the peelable protection layer covering an adhesion range of a main peelable piece being positioned on a main body and extending in the longitudinal direction and a sub-peelable piece extending in the lateral direction, and making the respective separable pieces cross each other. SOLUTION: On a barrier layer 14 of a main body of this sanitary adsorptive product or napkin 10, fixing means with adhesive composed of a pair of adhesion ranges 20, 22 is attached. The ranges 20, 22 are arranged with a slightly spaced interval therebetween and formed to a long band shape. The adhesion ranges 20, 22 are covered with a peelable protection layer 28 so as to protect the fixing means with adhesive while this napkin 10 is not used. A main separable piece 30 of the protection layer 28 extends longitudinally on the napkin 10 and has a sufficient width for crossing the bands 20, 22. A piece 32 is arranged laterally to shield the ranges 24, 26 on a positioning tab, and made to cross the piece 30.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable preventing of leakage on a side rim of a disposable absorbent product by providing a secondary liquid containment structure with a storage zone positioned beneath a nonliquid permeable layer and a liquid acquiring zone which is located adjacent to the side rim and traps an exuded body liquor leaked through the side rim to be transferred to a storage layer. SOLUTION: A liquid permeable cover layer 12 of a napkin for menses is made of a fibrous material, such as unwoven fabric. An absorbent core 14 is provided beneath the cover layer 12 to gather an excrete of an exuded body liquor discharged onto the cover layer 12 and a non-liquid permeable layer 16 formed out of a polymer film is provided beneath the absorbent material core 14. A liquid containment structure 20 contains a long piece 22 of a fibrous material extending below the non-liquid permeable layer 16 and has an absorbent piece 22 laminated together with a barrier layer 24 made of a non-liquid permeable material. The barrier layer 24 and the absorbent piece 22 are bound to make a state of a functional assembly on continued heat seal lines 30 and 32.

CONSTITUTION: In the case of using a disposal ultra thin functional article as a sanitary napkin 10, the napkin 10 is composed of a liquid permeable cover layer 14 made of an unwoven fabric, a porous web or the like, a liquid unpermeable packing layer 15 and an outer skin 12 with which both layers 14, 15 are heat-sealed at their end edge parts. The liquid unpermeable packing layer 15 has an area 18 coated with an adhesive, which is exposed by removing a peel-off packing 20 when the sanitary napkin 10 is attached to an underwear worn by the user. Further, an ultra-thin absorptive core 22 is located in an inner space defined by the above-mentioned outer skin 12, and a bulk layer 24 for giving the illusion of a bulky absorptive pad is laid therebelow.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve protectiveness to the leakage of flanks by providing a main body with a specific number of tabs which spread from the edges in both longitudinal directions to a transverse direction and allow the folding-in of the groin part of a underwear and providing these tabs with pockets for the body exudate adjacent to these tabs. SOLUTION: The sanitary napkin 1 is constituted by providing a main body 2 formed of a double layer form with the two tabs 3 spreading in the transverse direction. The tabs 3 comprise partition walls continuous with the partition walls 10 of the main body and cover layers 5a continuous with the cover layers 5 of the main body 2. The tabs 3 adhere to the outer side of the underwear when wound around the edge in the groin part of the underwear. The napkin 1 is then fixed by adhering with a punch. The napkin 1 is provided with the fluid recovering pockets 20 along the boundaries between the tabs 31 the main body 2 continuously to the tabs 3. The pockets 20 open to function as pockets to capture the body exudate in mid-way when the tabs 3 are pulled. As a result, the leakage of the body fluid from the curved surface of the absorber near the tabs 3 is prevented and the recovering and holding capability is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE: To have an advantageous and short liquid penetration time and hold superior liquid absorptivity for a long time by constituted of a transmission layer composed of a hydrophilic fiber and a receptor layer of a sphagnum material and connecting the two layers in such as state as mixing the sphagnum material with the hydrophilic fiber. Secondly, the web is drained and set to a desired water content of the each web. Then, the webs are overlapped each other and calendaring through a pair of overlapped rolls. The rolls applied a considerable pressure on the webs so as to drain water, at the same time each layer is inserted in another mutually, a hydrogen bond is formed between the hydrophilic fiber and the sphagnum material in a mutual mixed area, and a layer is mechanically fixed by the opeartion of engaging the fibers with each other.
