摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RF telemetry pin in an electromagnetic interference (EMI) filter terminal for an active implantable medical device (AIMD), which prevents re-radiation of unwanted stray signals.
SOLUTION: An EMI filter terminal assembly 50 for an AIMD has a radio frequency (RF) telemetry pin antenna 56 extending therethrough. The RF telemetry pin antenna 56 includes a conductive shield 60 extending over a portion of the RF telemetry pin antenna 56 in non-conductive relation with the RF telemetry pin, and conductively connected to a grounding conductor associated with the AIMD. The assembly 50 also includes an insulation tube 58 between the RF telemetry pin antenna 56 and the conductive shield covering part of the RF telemetry pin antenna.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active implantable medical device (AIMD) of a magnetic and electric shielding system which is easy to design, has little occupied space, and cheap.
SOLUTION: An AIMD (10) is prepared on a housing (20) and has a magnetic shielding object (28) which blocks off the internal part of the AIMD from a magnetic field produced outside this housing. The magnetic shielding object is formed by using a magnetic absorption coating film which is deposited on the internal surface of the housing. The AIMD lies next to a magnetic actuation type device (52) which is arranged in the internal part of the housing, and has the sector of the housing where the magnetic shielding object is not prepared, that is, a magnetic window (18). The magnetic window enables the magnetic actuation type device to operate.
