    • A method for wireless location measurement of a receiver is provided. The method includes: estimating radio channels of a plurality of frequency domains respectively corresponding to a plurality of transmitters by using received signals from the plurality of transmitters; extracting a plurality of propagation delay tab profiles based on the radio channels of the plurality of frequency domains; calculating the distance between each of the transmitters corresponding to the respective propagation delay tab profiles and the receiver by using the propagation delay tab profiles; and estimating the location of the receiver by using the distance between each transmitter and the receiver.

A HOMO level difference between a fluorescent emission layer and an electron transport layer in an organic emission layer (OLED) becomes higher than that between the other layers or a LUMO level difference between a fluorescent emission layer and a hole transport layer is higher than that between the other layers, so that a recombination region is restricted to a part of an emission layer to obtain high-efficiency fluorescent light emission. In addition, triplet excitons that are not used in a fluorescent emission layer are transferred to an auxiliary emission layer formed to be spaced apart from a recombination region by a predetermined distance to emit light in a different color from the fluorescent emission layer, so that both singlet and triplet excitons formed in the OLED are used to obtain high-efficiency white light emission.

    • The present invention relates to a variable gain amplifier for a high frequency band, and comprises a divider for dividing a input signal; a fixed variable gain amplifier for amplifying an output signal of the divider; a microstrip ring hybrid for outputting a plurality of signals which have the same or different phases, wherein the microstrip ring hybrid comprises a plurality of input terminals and output terminals having a constant impedance; a switch for selectively inputting an output of the variable gain amplifier to any one of the input terminals of the microstrip ring hybrid; a transmission line for delaying the output signal of the divider; and a combiner for combining each of the output signals of the microstrip ring hybrid and a signal passing through the transmission line and outputting the combined signal, wherein the output power is controlled by selectively inputting the output of the variable gain amplifier to any one of the input terminals of the microstrip ring hybrid by means of the switches, so that its input-output matching may be obtained irrespective of its gain.
