摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor γ-ray camera and an imaging system which can obtain a lane image and an SPECT image. SOLUTION: The imaging system is disclosed which includes an image head, a signal processor, a data acquisition system, and an image processing computer. The image head includes a detector and an opening for directing radiation to the detector. The detector is equipped with a plurality of closely packed detection modules 206. A detection module 206 is equipped with a plurality of detecting elements. A detecting element is fitted to a circuit carrier. The circuit carrier includes a channel for adjusting and processing electric pulses generated when the detecting element absorbs radiation. The amplitude of the pulses shows the intensity of the absorbed radiation. the detection module finds only an effective event, i.e., a detecting element which has a stored amplitude exceeding a predetermined threshold by using a fall-through circuit.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved device, circuit, and method for constituting an image corresponding to the three-dimensional distribution of radiation sources. SOLUTION: An imaging system is disclosed which includes an image head, a signal processor, a data acquisition system, and an image processing computer. The image head includes a detector and an opening for directing radiation to the detector. The detector is equipped with a plurality of detecting modules 206. The detection modules 206 are equipped with a plurality of detecting elements 212. The detecting elements 212 are fitted to a circuit carrier 214. The circuit carrier 214 includes a channel for adjusting and processing electric pulses generated when the detecting elements absorb the radiation. The amplitude of the pulses indicates the intensity of the absorbed radiation. Each detection module is equipped with a plurality of detecting elements. Each detecting element is fitted to a circuit carrier. 摘要： A system for obtaining multiple images of a body is described wherein the images are obtained by multiple imaging detectors attached to one another in a configuration which best allows the desired images to be obtained. The imaging detectors of the invention preferably detect radiation and will most preferably be gamma cameras having differently sized fields of view. In a preferred embodiment, at least one secondary imaging detector is mounted on a primary imaging detector. The primary imaging detector preferably has a larger field-of-view than the secondary imaging detectors. Particularly useful gamma cameras and imaging systems for use as the secondary imaging detectors are also described.

摘要： An imaging system including an imaging head, a signal processor, a data acquisition system, and an image processing computer is disclosed. The imaging head includes a detector and an aperture for directing the radiation to the detector. The detector comprises a plurality of closely-packed detection modules (206) comprising a plurality of detection elements (212) mounted to a circuit carrier (214) which includes channels for conditioning and preprocessing the electrical pulses produced when a detection element absorbs radiation. The amplitude of the pulse is indicative of the magnitude of the radiation absorbed. The detection modules employ a fall-through circuit to automatically find valid events, i.e., only those detection elements having a stored amplitude exceeding a predetermined threshold.
