摘要： In a process for manufacturing brushware, bristles in the form of individual plastic bristles or skeins of bristles are inserted through channels and their sleeve-like extensions into a mould for the bristle carrier. The ends of the bristles in the mould are melted by the application of heat to form a thickening which is then sealingly applied to the opening of the sleeve projecting into the mould. The bristles and the sleeve are maintained in position in the mould while the latter is filled, and the sleeve and the sealing thickening at the bristle ends in contact with the sleeve opening are surrounded by the brush carrier material during filling of the mould. The sleeve is then removed from the brush carrier.

摘要： Mats for cleaning surfaces, in particular foot-mats, are composed of a basic, mainly plastic material with a fibrous layer and a support layer for the fibrous layer, and of fibres having a bristle-like structure applied on the basic material. The mats are economically produced by using the technical advantages of the fibres and bristles. Parts of the basic material (2) are melted by heating the fibres (8), if necessary the support layer (9) as well, and compressed up to or into the support layer forming recesses (10) in the fibrous layer (8). Bristles (12) are introduced parallel to each other in the recesses (10) and linked with the compressed basic material by melting their extremities (13).

摘要： Bristle articles can be manufactured in that the bristle carrier and optionally the ends of the bristles are melted and brought together under pressure, or the bristles are introduced into an injection or foaming mould for the bristle carrier and are embedded in the bristle carrier material by injection moulding or foaming. The cycle time of these processes is extremely long as a result of the thermal processes (heating, melting, injection moulding, cooling). It is possible to significantly reduce the same in that the tools for holding or producing the bristle carrier on the one hand and the clamping devices for the bristles on the other are moved on closed paths and the clamping devices at at least one common station are transferred to the path of the tools and at least during the thermal processes are jointly moved with the tools and are subsequently returned to their movement path.
