摘要： A graft copolymer is provided to improve low-temperature flowability and paraffin dispersibility in mineral oils when a low-temperature additive containing the graft copolymer is added to mineral oils. The graft copolymer is obtained by grafting (a) an ester of C8-22 alcohol and acrylic acid onto (b) a copolymer containing 0.5-16mol% of at least one vinyl ester represented by a formula 1 of CH2=CH-OCOR^1 besides ethylene and containing less than 3.5mol% of vinyl acetate. In the formula 1, R^1 is a branched C5-15 alkyl radical. The graft copolymer has a molecular weight(Mn) of 1000-10000g/mol and a molecular weight distribution(Mw/Mn) of 1-10.

Since the fluorescent material has a high sensitivity enhancing effect, such a very small amount of the fluorescent material can enhance sensitivity and the sensitivity of the photosensitive resin composition lowered by the increase of the molecular weight of the alkali-soluble resin can be enhanced without lowering the drying etching resistance of the composition.
