摘要： PURPOSE:To form a patterned layer whose pattern is not vanished even after wear on the surface of a concrete molded body by filling cement patterning material into the cells of a honeycomb body put on the surface of the molded body, feeding water and caking the material. CONSTITUTION:A honeycomb body 2 of a certain height is put on the surface of a concrete molded body C and a dry patterning material such as cement or a cement-pigment mixture is filled into part or all of the cells 2' of the body 2. For example, a red material 1R is filled into the circular part. etc., of a patterned layer 1, a blue material 1B into the semicircular parts and a white material 1W into the remaining part. The honeycomb body 2 is then removed, water is fed and the patterning materials 1R, 1B, 1W are caked in one body on the surface of the concrete molded body C.

摘要： PURPOSE:To permit the surface of a formed body to be patterned like Kintaro wheat gluten by a method wherein a water-insoluble auxiliary form matching with a pattern is arranged in a form, a dry concrete pattern material is filled in either alone or both of the interior and exterior of the auxiliary form and a concrete base layer material is filled in the rest of the form in its entirety and the auxiliary form is removed from the form to harden both the materials into a one-piece product. CONSTITUTION:A concrete formed body 1 having a pattern layer 2 exposed on its surface partly or wholly is made by using a concrete fill-up form 4 and an auxiliary form 5 matching with the pattern and the pattern layer 2 is formed of a dry concrete pattern material and a base layer 3 is formed of a concrete base material. Dry pattern materials 2R and 2B and a dry or wet base layer material 3D or 3W are filled in the spaces 5a and 5b defined by a water-insoluble auxiliary form 5 arranged in the form 4 and in a space between the form 4 and the auxiliary form 5 in the same thickness, respectively. The auxiliary form is then removed from the form 4. In the case of the dry base layer material, the interior of the form is supplied with water entirely and, in the case of the wet base layer material, the concrete is allowed to be hardened monolithically into the concrete formed body 1, which is then removed from the concrete fill-up form 4.

CONSTITUTION:A simultaneous supply device is provided with a supply head 10 having two supply ports 11 that can simultaneously supply two kinds of granules across a partition member 12. The supply head 10 has, for example, a triangular cross section. The partition member 12 is so provided as to divide the triangle into halves. The supply ports 11 can be opened and closed by shutters 13 or the like. On the supply head 10, a hopper-form tank 14 for dividedly containing the two kinds of granules is provided. A pattern is formed with the supply of the granules from both or either of the supply ports 11. Alternatively, suction ports are provided in addition to the supply ports 11. A pattern can be formed by suctionally removing a part of granules adhering in a layer form and supplying another kind of granules to the formed recessed part.

CONSTITUTION:In a concrete form 4, a cell aggregate 5, the height of which is nearly equal to the depth of the concrete form, is arranged so as to charge dry red patterning material 2R in the interior of some small compartments belonging to an annulus among a large number of small compartments of said cell aggregate, dry blue patterning material 2B in the interior of the other small compartments belonging to the annulus and dry base layer material 3D or watered base layer material 3W in the interior of the small compartments belonging to the outside of the annulus. After charging, the cell aggregate 5 is removed outside the concrete form 4 and, at the same time, water is fed to the whole interior of the concrete form so as to realize the required water content ratio to the whole amount of the cements and resins on the base layer material 3D, and of the patterning materials 2R and 2B so as to solidify them integrally in order to manufacture the formed body concerned. After the solidification of concrete, the formed body is taken out of the concrete form.
