    • A door panel that permits formation of small ventilation holes therein while ensuring adequate rigidity is provided. The door panel includes an outer panel, an inner panel, and a perforated ridge-and-furrow plate. The outer panel has openings, and the inner panel has openings. The inner panel is formed by means of press molding so as to have an uneven surface with recessed portions and a raised portion, with the raised portion protruding away from the outer panel and the recessed portions recessed towards and fixed to the inner surface of the outer panel. The perforated ridge-and-furrow plate is attached to the reverse side of the inner panel. The perforated ridge-and-furrow plate is a punching plate that is already provided with numerous small, circular ventilation holes, or with ventilation holes arranged in a mesh or a honeycomb shape. The perforated ridge-and-furrow plate includes alternating furrow portions and ridge portions formed in the region that corresponds to the openings of the inner panel.

    • The seal device is for providing seal capability of the seal faces of the seal rings from being damaged due to elastic deformation of the seal contact surfaces of the resilient body members acted on by fluid pressure. It is also for preventing wear of the seal contact surfaces of the resilient body members. The seal device is so configured that it comprises a second seal ring (5), a first seal ring (4), a first resilient body member (2A) and a first seal lip member (6A), wherein the second seal ring (5) has a second seal surface (5A) and is sealingly retained by packings (13, 3A), the packings (13, 3A) being disposed at one member of either a retainer portion (61) or a ring member (51), wherein the first seal ring (4) is inserted over the shaft (60) and has a first seal surface (4A), a first support portion (4B) and a first outer diameter seal contact surface (4C), the first seal surface (4A) facing oppositely against the second seal surface (5A), the first support portion (4B) being disposed on the opposite side to the first seal surface (4A), the first outer diameter seal contact surface (4C) being disposed on the outer circumferential surface between the first seal surface (4A) and the first support portion (4B), wherein the first resilient body member (2A) is made of rubber-like elastic material and retains a first inner circumferential seal portion (2C) at its one end and a first outer circumferential seal portion (2B) at the other end and provides the first seal ring (4) with an urging force, the first inner circumferential seal portion (2C) being engaged with the first support portion (4B) of the first seal ring (4), the first outer circumferential seal portion (2B) being engaged with the other member of either a retainer portion (61) or a ring member (51), wherein the first seal lip member (6A) protrudes from the first resilient body member (2A) in an integral manner and is matingly brought into seal contact with the first outer diameter seal contact surface (4C).
