    • PURPOSE: A wastewater processing device capable of efficiently processing initial rainwater effluent and a method thereof are provided to remove ammonia nitrogen and dissolved BOD, and to reduce initial construction costs and management costs while stably processing the initial rainwater effluent and sewage. CONSTITUTION: A wastewater processing device comprises a main treatment unit(100) processing wastewater of a predetermined standard flow rate, and a secondary treatment unit(200) maintaining activity of microorganism used in a biological treatment process. The main treatment unit comprises a first sedimentation unit(110), a bio-reaction unit(120) performing bio-reaction and denitrification, and a second sedimentation unit(130). The secondary treatment unit comprises a solid/liquid separation unit(210), a biological filtration unit(220), and an air injection unit(230) injecting the air to the biological filtration unit.

A method of treating a biodiesel process waste water comprises steps of: processing process waste water using anaerobic biological nutrient removal process a two phase reaction bath comprising an acid fermenter and a methane fermenter, reducing organic compound in the process waste water and producing biogas; introducing an anaerobic treatment water passing through an anaerobic treatment step to a membrane bio reactor and removing the organic compound in the anaerobic treatment water; processing the processing water passing through a biological treatment stage by a reverse osmosis process, separating alkalinity, nitrogen, phosphorus and trace mineral and returning them in the acid fermenter and the methane fermenter.

    • Disclosed are a rotor for generating vortex water flow that creates shear intensity for removing solid material adhered to the separation membranes during the processing of water containing pollutant material, and a filtering apparatus employing the same. The rotor consists of a first rotor having first blades and a second rotor having second blades. The first and the second blades are extended in a radial direction from a rotational axis thereof, and are disposed at positions different from each other in the rotational axis direction. The first blades and the second blades have widths different from each other in a circumferential direction around the rotational axis, or disposed at positions different from each other in a circumferential direction. Protrusions can be attached on outer surfaces of the first blades and/or second blades. The pollutant material adhered to the separation membrane can be removed effectively since various types of vortex water flow are generated over wide range, and the energy loss of the filtering apparatus is reduced.
