摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a self blood-transfusion device, which is easy to operate, a simple construction and made at low cost by installing an only dual purpose connecting and access part for airsuction, blood induction and blood discharging. CONSTITUTION: A quadrangle expansion-frame 29 is fitted to the inner faces of hard boards 16 to 21 to prevent a blood-transfusion bag 12 to shrivel when the same is sucked by a suction source. When a pipe is connected from an opening 7 to a part undergoing an operation, blood is sucked from the part undergoing an operation to a fluid holding chamber 8 through the opening 7 then the blood flows into a transfusion bag 12 through an opening of a bottom wall. When the transfusion bag 12 is filled full with blood, hooking parts of arms 27 and 28 are departed from a collar part 26 by pushing the arms 27 and 28 respectively. The transfusion device is departed from a drain device 1 then a pipe like member 22 is covered by a disinfected lid 30 and is fixed by the arms 27 and 28. When the expansion frame 29 is drawn off from the upper and lower parts of the bag and the blood is taken out of the bag, the bag can shrivel itself completely. When to repeat the transfusion, an IV set 31 is inserted through the membrane at the edge of the lid 30 and the transfusion bag 12 is hung on a bracket by a hanging strap 32 installed to a bottom wall 14 of the bag.

摘要： PURPOSE: To use a portable aspirator together with a gathering chamber of a drain device or a self-blood transfusion bag, and repeatedly use it by providing an aspiration control part, a check valve to prevent air from flowing in a thoracic cavity and bellows to enable respiration of a patient. CONSTITUTION: A connecting tube 6 extends from an outlet 5 of a gathering chamber 1 of a thoracic drain device, and the tail end of the connecting tube 6 is connected by being pushed in an inlet 7 of a vessel 8. Its vessel 8 has an aspiration control part, a check valve, the gathering chamber 1 and a respiration indicating and aspiration level indicating part useful for maintaining the inside of a thoracic part of a patient under proper negative pressure. Bellows 9 are provided in the vessel 8 so that a doctor can observe a respiratory condition of lungs of the patient. A check valve chamber 10 to prevent air form infiltrating into a thoracic part of the patient and an aspiration indicating part 11 to visibly show an aspitation level in the vessel 8, are provided in the vessel 8. Therefore, it is placed between the gathering chamber 1 of the drain device and an aspiration source of a self-blood transufion bag, and can be repeatedly used.

摘要： An autotransfusion device for collecting blood from a pool in a patient and for subsequently returning the collected blood to the circulatory system of the patient is disclosed. The device includes a liquid collection chamber having a movable wall and a stationary wall. The liquid collection chamber is connected to the pool of blood by an aspirator and to a suction source to draw the blood into the collection chamber. After the collection chamber is filled to the capacity desired, a compressed spring is released to urge the movable wall toward the stationary wall. The blood is forced out of the collection chamber by the compressed spring and back to the circulatory system of the patient.

摘要： An air leak detection chamber is provided which is adapted to be attached to a conventional pleural drainage device. 摘要： A two-chambered underwater drainage apparatus is provided which is adapted to be connected with the pleural cavity of a patient by means of a thorocotomy tube. 摘要： An autotransfusion bag is provided with semi-rigid side walls and flexible material interconnecting the side walls. The bag is provided with spreader arms which extend across the top of the bag and across the bottom of the bag engaging retainer elements mounted on the external face of the side walls. The spreader arms maintain the bag in an open position to permit the bag to be filled with blood. When the bag is filled, the spreader arms may be removed to permit the bag to collapse as the blood is being reinfused to the patient.
