摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for connecting an end of spiral-corrugated metal tube to a connector. SOLUTION: At an end of a spiral-corrugated metal tube a support ring with a rough thread 4a is threaded, the thread being provided in a part of outer surface of the metal ring. The support ring 4 extends beyond the end of the corrugated tube having a smooth wall 4b, a press ring with an internal thread is inserted to the end of the spiral-corrugated tube 1 until the end of the spiral-corrugated tube 1 is extended from the pressure ring 5. A connector 2 having an expanded portion at the end toward the end of the corrugated tube 1, forms a compression chamber together with the pressure ring 5 and the smooth wall portion of a support ring 4, in which a gasket ring is provided in the compression chamber, the gasket is compressed, by pulling mutually axially opposingly the pressure ring 5 and the connector 2 or the pressure ring 5.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a mechanically strong close connecting part between a spiral corrugated pipe and a flange by an extremely simple means without performing soldering or welding in a place for executing the assembling. SOLUTION: This connecting part has a bush 4 put on the end part of a corrugated pipe 1, and the bush 4 has a thread section 4c according to the corrugated form on the inside surface, and a flange-like extended part 4d formed on the end part turned to the corrugated pipe end part. The bead part 1a of the corrugated pipe 1 is mounted on the end surface of the bush 4, and a free fitting flange 5 is installed onto the bush 4. Thus, a so-called nonflammable connecting part can be formed between the spiral corrugated pipe and a flange.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacture of a thermally insulated conduit wherein a corrugated form of a protective outer casing can be prepared more simply than a conventional method i.e., without generating a vacuum in a turning round mold chain. SOLUTION: A thermally insulated conduit is composed of an inner tube 2, an outer tube of corrugated synthetic material arranged concentrically at a distance therefrom, and a foamed synthetic material layer filling between the inner tube 2 and an outer tube. The inner tube 2 is coated with leaving a space with a synthetic material film 5 formed in a hose. Expandable synthetic material is put in a space between the inner tube 2 and the synthetic material film 5 or the hose. The inner tube 2 and the hose are conveyed into a molding tool 9 composed of mold half parts 9a, 9b which have a corrugated contour on an inside surface and travel together with each other. The hose is pushed into the corrugated contour of the closed mold half part with the foaming synthetic material. The outer tube is extruded on the corrugated surface of the hose. At that time, the outer tube, just after going out from the opening component of an extruder tool 12, is molded into the wavy surface of the hose.

摘要： A method for coating a pipe involves applying a coating material of cellular structured extruded thermoplastic material to the pipe and enclosing it on the outside by an outer covering layer of compact plastic. In an extrusion head, the annular opening for supplying coating material can be adjusted to a desired temperature by a region having coolant channels separated from the annular opening by an annular heat exchange surface. Before being applied to the pipe, the flowable coating material is guided along the heat exchange surface and cooled to a temperature just above the solidification temperature thereof. After the coating material leaves the annular opening, the coating material expands in a controlled manner, widening the outer covering layer depending on the adjusted temperature of the coating material, until the coating material begins to solidify. The outer covering layer surface condition can correspond to or be different from the pipe.
