The layer 12 is coated with an interfacial film or another layer 13. Thus, the adhesion between the groups I-III-VI films and the metallic substrate 10 is improved, thereby enabling the efficiency of the solar cell to be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE: To inspect the corrosion of a conductor indirectly by inducing current into the conductor and then analyzing the attenuation of the current. Then, a receiver 31 samples a signal detected by the reception coil and sends it to a digital computer 33. At this time, the attenuation of induction current at the part of the container wall 15 is recorded over a certain amount of time and the record is interpreted to determine the thickness of the part of the container wall 15, thus inferring whether the part of the container wall 15 is corroded or not from the determined thickness.
