    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking pot capable of preventing uneven boiling of raw materials for cooking such as a suspension of soybean flake added with CaCO3, or the like, eliminating an adverse effect caused from remaining steam in the cooking pot, reducing the inner pressure, properly controlling the feeding of the raw materials in the inside, uniformly and sufficiently delivering the heat of steam to the raw materials, and uniformly and sufficiently heating the raw materials, and capable of boiling the suspension of soybean flake added with CaCO3, or the like, for manufacturing soymilk, or the like which are excellent in quality, free from mixing or dissolution of oxygen, and are suitable for storage for a long period. SOLUTION: This cooking pot has a raw material inlet 22 to inlet raw materials for boiling with water and a boiled raw material out let 24 adjacently on the both ends of a closed cylindrical cooking pot body 12, at least one steam injection tube 14, or 15 having plural nozzles to spray steam, pref. deoxidated steam for boiling the raw materials, and makes the nozzles to spray steam obliquely so that the steam is sent in the circumferential direction of the cooking pot body 12.

    • PURPOSE:To raise the operating efficiency of a set machine which repeats batch operation by condensing the steam and conveying the condensate under pressure. CONSTITUTION:The steam in a steam supply pipe 1 flows into a tank 7, and it exchanges heat with the cooling water that is supplied from a cold water channel 8 to become condensate. The water in the tank 7 is sucked to the suction port 11 of a motor-operated pump 6 through a suction channel 12 and is conveyed under pressure to a user through a pressurized conveying channel 14 from the discharge port 13. Part of the water conveyed under pressure is sent to an ejector member 17 through a circulation channel 16 and returns to the tank 7 again. By the suction of the ejector member 17 the steam of a steam discharge pipe 3 that has become a condensate is sucked into a suction chamber 19 of the ejector member 17 from a flow channel 22, and flows into the tank 7. After this part of the water in the tank 7 is conveyed under pressure from the pressurized conveying channel 14 while it circulates.
