摘要： PURPOSE:A great-volume-discharging compact fluid compression machine where a rotor is put concentrically within a cylindrical worm and includes a pinion. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical worm 1 and side housings 6, 7 enclose a rotatable rotor 2 connected with shafts 3, 4. The shafts are held at the center by bearings 8, 9 attached on the casings 6, 7. The rotor 2 involves a pinion 5 with its core at right angle with those shafts 3, 4 and some gears 501 of the pinion 5 are kept in mesh with other gears 101 made on the internal wall of the worm 1. Fluid led from a suction port 10 is compressed while the pinion 5 turns in engagement with the gear 101 and fed out through a passage 11 and discharge port 16.

摘要： An improved screw pump such as, for example, a twin screw pump is disclosed. In one embodiment, the screw pump includes a casing, first and second intermeshing rotors, and a liner positioned between the first and second rotors and the casing. In use, the liner is arranged and configured to bend and/or pivot in unison with the first and second rotors under the axial hydraulic pressure experienced by the screw pump during use. In one embodiment, the liner may be arranged and configured to include an asymmetric axial stiffness to facilitate bending of the liner. In another embodiment, the liner may be arranged and configured in multiple segments, the segments being arranged and configured to pivot to approximate the bending of the rotor shafts.
